Ray Bailes Jr. was very helpful. He gave us a lots of tips and went over everything with us to ensure we understood what was needed. Very informative on our toilet situation. He took his time and answered questions and added some humor on top of it! Highly recommend him!

Raymond Sr came out for the plumbing service call on time. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Raymond Sr called the warranty company & had the claim transferred to the appropriate service as it turned out not to be a plumbing matter. He was very helpful! We highly recommended his services for plumbing needs.
