All I can say is Michael took care of my mom's plumbing issues; as if he were doing this for his mom. He is so very pleasant and respectful . I recommend him to anyone !!!! He is such an asset for this company. We very pleased and happy. Thank you.
I can't even bring myself to give them a star. Our pluming backed up and they came and gave us two quotes, that part was fine. I did my part to file my home owners claim and secured the funds. The quotes were completed on 3/14/16 and I gave them the go ahead to start work. They informed me they would not be able to start work until the 4/4/16. That sucked but we understood that other jobs where before us. We took off work on 4/4/16 and waited Lovelace never showed up? Called them on 4/5/16 to find out what was going on and was told "they had other work that wasn't finished and they were doing it first." I stated to them that this was unacceptable we had already been waiting weeks for the fix (at this point sewage is backing up into our showers when we use them). Bill from Lovelace proceeds to yell at me on the phone and tell me that "I aint comin!" before he hangs up on me. We are now in the process of trying to find a new plumber. My advice to all is to stay away, Bill is very unprofessional and not a man of his word. I'm military and integrity is high in my book. I feel Bill at Lovelace has none.
