I called due to water heater not heating. Amanda was so nice and so helpful in getting us an appointment. The technician arrived promptly and did text to advise they were on their way. My husband had actually gotten the water heater to start working, but they reviewed and inspected it to make sure it was safe (no charge). Later, it stopped working again. Called these folks back, they quickly scheduled another visit and were able to determine the cause, get the needed part and get it working again. Great service, very nice folks. Will use again and recommend highly.

My water heater started leaking and it was rotting from the inside out, luckily my mother in law found this place and told me to call and see about a replacement. Lacey and Patricia were absolutely delightful and were such a great help! I would highly recommend them for the best rates and warranties. The technician was really helpful and professional. Walter was great! Went to work right away to find the leak and he was very professional in explaining the repairs! Minimal damage because they were able to pull out the stove and only go through the concrete slab and not my kitchen tile!
