Gills Point S Tire & Auto

I went in to get my tires replaced, the next day I noticed the new tires were losing air. I called in and Keith who had sold me the tires told me to come back in asap, he would make it a priority to fix and get me back to work. When I showed up, they immediately got my car in the shop and got me all fixed up. Thank you, I appreciate the promptness to resolve the issue

On Saturday 2/21/26 i had my Ford edge worked on and was told my fuel pump was bad and they needed to replace it i agreed and said replace it then. Well they misdiagnosed it and it ended up being my fuel pump control module which is a 30 min max labor job to fix but they charged me $405 for dropping tank and replacing my fuel pump because they had put the labor into mis-diagnosing my car. A $405 charge for removing and replacing a fuel pump when i have my same fuel pump in my car. i will never bring a car here again charging customers for your mistakes is absolutely absurd!!!

I am very impressed with Gills Point S. They did a purchase check on a car we were wanting to buy and they got us in right away for the inspection. They check over 50 things on the car. The inspection took less than 90 minutes and they kept us informed via text along the way. They gave us the report on paper and via text. Their shop is clean and organized. Both Keith and Marcos were very helpful and kind. Great place to go for your tire and automotive needs. They will be putting tires on the car we are buying!

Marcos was SO helpful. Called him up and had me come in same day. I got a new to me used Subaru STI and had them do ALL of the maintenance the previous owner didn’t do. Really enjoyed chatting while I waited too. Super friendly and personable.
