Anthony has somehow retained the old school idea of outstanding customer service and actually caring about clients. He was extremely professional and very friendly. We had a Frigidaire refrigerator delivered that was broken right out of the box. The water filter housing had a broken inlet water coupling and water was leaking all over the inside of the fridge. There was significant evidence that the damage happened during manufacture, and whoever installed that part at the factory must have realized it yet didn’t fix it at that time. Anthony arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the replacement parts. He ordered the replacements before he left and gave us an ETA on their arrival. When he received the parts, he offered to come out the same day but unfortunately I wasn’t home. He said he could come out first thing the next morning. He squeezed us in ahead of all his scheduled appointment and again came out on time. He fixed the problem and put everything back to its normal state no fuss no muss. I highly recommend Anthony and Georgia Appliance Repair. I know I will only use them whenever I need a repair. On a scale of one to five, I’d give them a TEN!
