I had an excellent experience with Comfort Appliance & Refrigeration Repair! The technician was both knowledgeable and professional. I had three separate issues: the oven door seal on my gas range needed reattaching, the freezer on my Frigidaire had stopped working, and the shock absorber on my Bravo Maytag washing machine was broken. The technician quickly fixed the oven door seal and provided a reasonable quote for each repair. For the freezer, after assessing it, he advised that it would be more cost-effective to purchase a new refrigerator since the repair costs would be about the same as buying a new one. For the washing machine, he ordered the part and returned within a week to fix it, arriving bright and early and completing the repair in under 30 minutes. He didn’t even need my help moving the machine! Overall, I highly recommend Comfort Appliance Repair for their expertise and excellent service.

I’ve had these guys out 3 - 4 times to install an ice maker, fix a stove, and a refrigerator. Absolutely nothing has been repaired and I have paid a fee for each visit. The response was always I don’t have the right parts and I’ll call you when I do. No calls. I called them for updates and was often told I’ll get the parts in a week or so and call you. I finally called a local plumber and he installed the ice maker in 45 mins on the first visit. Still looking for a quality and reliable appliance repair company.
