So this is actually Comfort Appliance that serves Middle TN but they’re out of Atlanta. I only mention that because I was confused when the man that showed up had a different name on his shirt. However they were professional, quick, and fixed the issue. Very pleased!
We have been extremely pleased both times we've used Comfort Appliance for repairs on our Samsung fridge. The technician, V goes out of his way to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem and bring the best remedy. So happy we found this company!
Tech was no-nonsense. Got in, diagnosed our washing machine and garbage disposal, scheduled a follow-up for a few days later, showed up a bit early for his second appointment, fixed the stuff in around an hour, and he was out. Like Batman with a kneeling pad.
