I brought my DuraMax Portable generator to these fine folks thinking I had a damaged unit due to a mouse infestation. They worked out that the unit was faulty, worked with DuraMax to get a replacement unit, and even refunded my evaluation fee. Thye have earned a customer for life. Generator Pro is Outstanding! We recently had a Kohler whole-house generator installed, and the entire process—from the first call to final installation—was top-notch. Their ENTIRE team assigned to our project was professional and efficient. Tricia in the main office was friendly and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Doug, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose the right system for our needs while explaining all the benefits clearly. Steve, the master electrician and system installer, absolutely went above and beyond. His work was meticulous and he installed our system like he was working on his own home. He likewise was incredibly knowledgeable and he took all the time necessary to walk me through every item on the customer review checklist in detail to make sure I completely understood all the key operational protocols. His attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional and very much appreciated. And would you know, the next day after installation, we lost power for 3.5 hours due to a fallen tree, and the system started up and worked perfectly! Generator Pro is the real deal. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and their cost was extremely fair.
