This place is amazing!! Came with a list of Miele products and they were extremely knowledgeable and friendly what great service and the price is more than fairI had to change my order a few times and they were always willing to make it happen as to what I want and when I want it. See Moore and Tim they are so responsive that I referred a few more of my friends and everyone is so satisfied!! Thank you for making my life so much easier during this renovation:)

So one day, my refrigerator died rather unceremoniously. I had to make a quick purchase. My first thought was to check the big names around me like Costco, PC Richards, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. So I found a particular model I liked. On a lark, I decided to try the asian appliance stores. I've heard they tend to do more to help make sure delivery goes smoothly. To my surprise, they were also able to beat the lowest major appliance store prices by almost 13%. So I ordered from them. The delivery date arrived. The workers measured all the doorways to make sure the refrigerator can fit through. Some of the doorways were a tight fit. They worked extra hard to remove the refrigerator doors and helped us modify the doorways to make it have more clearance. They even found the water connection shutoff without any guidance. He just walked down our basement and found it in a hot minute. I think this is the part that is the real difference between ordering from a place like Costco and a local electronics store like Happy Electronics. The asian appliance store workers will do everything to ensure a proper delivery and setup. Had I ordered from the big names, they would have taken one look at our narrow doorway, claims it's impossible to fit through, and leave. So we're quite happy with the new refrigerator and service. Will definitely order from them again.

My landlords purchased a Bosch dishwasher from this place and in less than 2 weeks there was a leak with an error code ER-1. The store would not exchange or allow us to return it, but instead said we had to wait for a Bosch service appointment. The technician shows up without the control panel and says it's our fault that they didn't bring it. I call this store back again with service report and am told I still can't exchange or return it. He says that his store has NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY, and that I have to wait for the Bosch tech to return, which btw is not until July 19th.
