I had a really great experience with this shop. After dealing with a lot of confusion at the dealership, they were the ones who finally took the time to properly look at my vehicle and figure out what was actually going on. They guided me through the whole process, explained things clearly, and kept me updated the entire time. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel and how transparent they were with everything. After this experience, I feel much more confident bringing my car here in the future rather than going back to the dealership. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a shop that is honest, communicative, and truly helpful.

FINALLY FOUND AN HONEST MECHANIC IN YUMA! I want to share my story. I was completely ripped off from a different auto shop in Foothills, AZ. I was referred to them because they work on older model cars. I took my car to them to diagnose my car specifically the engine and timing belts. It was sounding bad, smelling bad, running bad, etc. Almost $300 later, the "mechanic" insists that "everything is fine, there is nothing wrong with the car." A day later, I take the car to Jiffylube for an oil change, and they tell me the spark valve cover needs replacing and oil is all over the spark plugs! I asked them to please refer me to an honest mechanic, and they gave me ISAAC with GARCIA'S AUTOMOTIVE IN YUMA! What a God send!! Garcias' even waived their usual $100 diagnosis fee saying, I already paid enough, even though it was a different auto company who received my money. Wow, how awesome. Garcia's accurately diagnosed my car and fixed it perfectly. I needed new spark plugs, ignition wires, and spark gasket cover, plus another oil change. If you want an honest, awesome mechanic take your car to Garcia's Automtove in Yuma, AZ! From Isaac, the owner, to Guyaide, the front-office staff, their mechanics, everyone is super honest, professional, friendly, and amazing! Isaac even gives a one-year warranty on his service, I've never had a mechanic offer that. I'll definitely recommend and use Isaac and Garcia's Automotive & Tire Shop for ALL my future auto needs.
