Perhaps they are good with engine troubles but they are not good at A/C. On Thursday before Labor day I brought my truck in and described all the symptoms and the troubleshooting I did myself. They said they preformed an A/C service for 250.00. My A/C worked for 10 min after the service then broke again. They were closed Friday through Monday (for labor day). I had to go home to north Az before they reopened. Today (Tuesday) 9-5-23 I called them after I spoke with my local shop. My local shop said I had a bad compressor just by my description on the phone. They said bring it in to confirm. They confirmed in 5 min that was the problem. On the phone with Unzuetas I let them know about the local shops findings. I asked if any compensation could be returned from the 250.00 that did absolutely nothing. Reply was no, we did the work. Instead of arguing with her that nothing was done, I just let her know that I was giving her an opportunity to make things right before I wrote a review letting everyone know how they work. This review cost me 250.00. I hope it helps all of you.

Not to often you go to a mechanic and they do what they say they are going to do for the price they say in the time told but, that's exactly what happened. Plus I have a camper on my truck which can be a barrier for me due to its height. I pulled in when my power steering went out. They had to order the part and was told to come back the next day and boom, done. Now I'm free to continue my trip. I would definitely recommend this shop and not hesitate to use them again when I'm in town. Thank you!

After we experienced a cracked radiator on our truck while towing a trailer through AZ, I called around after making it into Yuma. Tony told me he start right away and he gave me the better cost estimate. I'm glad I chose this shop. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my truck back asap so I could be back on my way, and seemed like genuinely nice and caring man. If I lived in Yuma I'd take my stuff back to him without a second thought.
