- 5 stairs, in my case do not stand behind thier work once you leave area, in our case less than 150 miles away on trip in our class A motorhome had issue with rear seal leaking again and had to have repaired while on the road.
They do not stand behind there work once your you leave yuma area.
In our case this was the 2nd repair issue on same wheel and seal leakage
I'll never go back or recommend.
One of the most hospitable, accommodating, and friendly shops I've ever been too. James and his staff do customer service right and it's clear they are willing to go the extra mile to help get you in and out as best they can.
I'm a full time RVer with my fiancé and James/Joe were totally cool with allowing us to spend the night in the back of their yard on 2 separate visits to the shop for our service the following morning. This also included access to potable water and James had offered to run an extension cord if we required power (I preferred to exercise my generator).
As for the service, we came in for an alignment but was explained in great detail by their technician Will why this would be a waste of time and money if we didn't retorque wheel bearings, replace the tie rods, and axle brushing before going ahead with an alignment. I can assume some people might raise an eyebrow in disbelief, but they also took time out to SHOW me exactly what they were seeing on the inspection. I can't really speak for the comparative labor costs, but it's fairly industry standard. It's not THAT easy finding shops willing or able to work on bigger rigs (Class C). Most of the other shops in the area will recommend you here, and it's no wonder why.
They are super. We're from Minnesota. We had our motor home aligned even though they found we had some other problems, that they are going to fix when parts come in. Very reasonable and the mechanics are super, multitaskers. Highly recommend them.
