Great experience from the quote to the follow up. Had a new A/C and handler installed and they did a great job. They even fixed a couple issues that existed from the last unit. The install guys did break a piece of my exterior corner of my house, but when I contacted them, they immediately set out to make it right and it was fixed the same day. Great service, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Found myself with my A/C not working during an unseasonable warm February Day (97 Degrees) I had rental guests arriving later that day and needed to get the A/C working. Placed a call to Polar and Tony Decarolis let me me know he was finishing a job and would be there shortly. Less than 2 hours later he was there and quickly diagnosed the issues and replaced the condenser fan motor which he had in stock in his service van. The unit was up and running and cooling before the guests arrived. Tony was professional and friendly and saved the day! Thanks Polar Cooling.

Had my AC maintenance done by Polar cooling and it went super smooth. Had my appointment scheduled easily and was even able to get it done sooner than my appointment which I appreciated. Paid 75$ for the tune-up and cleaning and they were done fairly quick. Definitely calling them again and highly recommend.
