Their techs have been very knowledgeable and have always provided quality service. We highly recommend this company and their employees. Viking Air performed a homeowners warranty Air Conditioner replacement. They conducted the work in a timely manner, and I have no issue with this company as a HVAC company. After their install, my roof began to leak during the recent rains and there was significant water damage to the master bedroom of my house. After much investigation it was determined by a Roofing company and an additional HVAC company that the cause of the leak was the seal around the new air conditioner. Alfredo from Viking Air was at our home within 20 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified 3 different problems quickly and had them fixed right away. Clara is the worst at customer service. A simple phone call to ask a question and she is already answering like she hates her job. Worst experience I have had.
