Late Friday afternoon, I was on my way out of town and my ac quit working. I called and was told to bring it in. Jacob had me back on the road within an hour and a half in a car with working ac. Jacob offers top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to ask for price on a diagnosis. I was extremely impressed with Jacob. He saw me while working and immediately came up and introduced himself and asked how he can help. When I explained my problem he was extremely thorough in his answer and explanation. I have a mechanical background myself and told Jacob this. He told me he could walk me through the repair process if I was going to do it myself. He is an absolute breath of fresh air here in Yuma as you can tell he actually wants to fix peoples problem and not just take their money. Based off of my initial encounter with Jacob I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!
