They will keep a console out for sale that doesn’t read games and discount it instead of pulling it from the floor and then their 90 day “warranty” is only store credit, so they’ll sell you something they know doesn’t work because either way they get to keep your money. The customer service was good, but I wouldn’t trust whoever in management is deciding what stays on the floor and would be wary of buying from them.

Vonn was seriously awesome to work with. Super kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the whole time I was there. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained things clearly, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. You can tell he really cares about helping people, and that kind of attitude goes a long way. If you’re stopping by Game Exchange, definitely ask for Vonn he’s genuinely amazing.

I stopped in there to sell a PlayStation BackBone that my son was never interested in. Going in I knew nothing about this place. I was like, mmm. Not my vibe but want to sell this game system. But let me tell you. The moment I walked in I was welcomed by this gentleman named Von. He spoke to me like I was a regular and keep in mind, never been in this store!! I waited a little bit because they were extremely busy. The whole time though, Von made contact with everyone in that store. Apologizing for their wait or whatever the situation may have been. Def, Von had respectable customer service. Who knows, maybe I’ll pop in again just to feel that contagious vibe that the Game Xchange gave off. Well done guys!! 🫶🏼🙃
