About my uncle last comment we had . He wanted his phone back on the 3rd day they told him it wasn’t ready and they have the phone at the other store so he got mad cause he just wanted his phone back and they don’t have the phone . He went to the other store of them to pick it up they said they haven’t fixed the phone cause they don’t have the parts..whole this time they haven’t even say sorry or showed their emotions to this old man that just tryna get his phone fixed. Remember it’s an old android phone and they charging him 170$ for it . It’s so irritating how they were just giving him hope they could’ve just told him they don’t have the parts yet just come back this day! But no they made him come to the store 2-3 times a day for the past few days just to tell him we not ready yet! If I was with my uncle I would’ve called the cops on them for not giving my property back this people are scamming out here and wasting peoples time taking advantage of old people don’t recommend them plz don’t go to them at all.

My uncle went to this on 01/7/26 to fix his phone that got water damage they told it's gonna be 65 to diagnose the phone and to fix it would be 170$. He left phone and they told him to come back at certain times but every time he goes to store they tell to come back it wasn't ready yet! It was so frustrating to this situation for him.they go back and forth for 2 days just tell him to come back it wasn't and the 3rd day he wanted his come back and they it was at the other they don't

I took a 7th generation iPad to this phone repair place that was shattered completely on the right side of the screen. Cece did a great job on fixing it and she only took about 45 minutes to an hour. She fixed it in a great amount of time. I highly recommend going here. And I recommend you ask for Cece to fix whatever you need to be fixed. (I didn’t have a whole picture of the whole screen when it was cracked so I apologize about the first picture, but it was shattered bad.)
