FX Games and Console Repair

I’ll keep this review short and simple.. - Will they get the job done? Yes! - Was the turnaround time manageable? Yes, I was quoted 4-7 days NOT including Tuesdays. I received my controller back in 5 days. - Why the 3 stars? Customer service by the tall blonde hair male with the painted nails is the reason. Snarky, rude and no personality whatsoever. One of those establishments where it’s best to keep the convo to a minimum and get in and out.

I brouget my ps3, To get it repaired one time with my mom. Then asked them if they can fix the disc drive inside it because it was struggling to read a game. When my mom asked to get it repaired. A man at the counter denied to fix or replace the disc drive. I still frustrated with this man who works at a game store that repairs consoles is rejecting my request. And all THATS I EVER WANTED TO COME TO RELY ON PEOPLE TO MY FIX! NOW I FEEL LIKE I CAN’T GO THERE ANYMORE BECAUSE SOME EXCUSE OF A EMPLOYEE DOESN’T WANT TO DO THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THEIR JOB! 😡
