I'm very impressed with the professionalism, and the responsiveness of this business. Feras was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with my gaming build. It actually took less time than he quoted for my build to be completed even with the strain that COVID-19 placed on any shipping businesses. I wanted a very high end gaming rig. He built a very high end rig for right around what he quoted, and he even emailed me when he could find a better deal than what I could find, or if something I wanted wasn't available. As someone who usually does their own computer upgrades, Computer Troubleshooters of Carmel really saved me a lot of trouble today. Dustin their senior technician not only helped me upgrade my laptop, he gave me the right size screwdriver so I could work on this computer on my own in the future, and the upgrade would usually cost a fee but he did it all for free. These guys really care about the customer and I would 100% go back and recommend them to anyone who needs computer work done.

HP wanted me to sign up for a monthly service for a year, charge me $300 & take 10 weeks to fix my laptop. Computer Troubleshooters of Carmel charged less & fixed it much faster. I dropped it off end of day Friday & had my laptop back by noon on Monday. So glad I found them & prefer giving my money to a local business. Would highly recommend using them.

I wish I could give this place another great review but google won’t let me. Let’s just say they fixed my broken computer screen for half the price Microsoft was going to charge me. They are honest people who will tell you what actually is wrong and will fix it fast and at the lowest cost possible! I will always use them and tell people to use them for their computer problems! We are very satisfied with the service offered by Computer Troubleshooters of Carmel. They have repaired an older lap top that we are using as a back up and replaced the cracked screen on a newer one. They have also replaced the hard drive with a solid state and it has made the lap top faster than ever. We highly recommend Computer Troubleshooters of Carmel.
