Nate and Josh were incredible! Our furnace install turned out to be a quite complex. today process. They were able to make the necessary adjustments and reconfiguration’s needed so that the furnace fit perfectly. Their pleasant, engaging demeanor allowed us to feel comfortable asking any question.. I would definitely give them a five and even higher if I could. It was a big decision for us to purchase a new furnace for our home. The surface they rendered us confirmed that we made the right choice.

Nate was our demo and installer for our new furnace.If we could give him seven stars, we would! Our home made the install quite complicated. He and Josh had to navigate and problem solve many turns of this installation.Nate was professional, quite skilled and confidently installed our New furnace. We immediately noticed his strong people skills. Nate was calm and capable, and actually very funny. He is so positive, pleasant and has such a strong work ethic. He would be great in sales. Nate and Josh paid attention to the details and were a tremendous team! We are so grateful we had them for our installation!

I had a great experience with Forquer Heating and Air from start to finish. Trisha was my first contact and was very helpful, providing me with recommendations and letting me know what to expect as soon as I contacted her about my heat shutting off. Souad made scheduling easy and offered me a same-day appointment when I called. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing while he was in my home. I was kept up to date on his arrival time which was great and he left my home looking exactly as it did before the repair. Because of the service I received from Trisha, Souad and Brandon, signing up for the maintenance plan that Forquer Heating and Air offers was a no brainer! Brandon even went ahead and completed my furnace tune-up right after my repair. Because of this experience, I will definitely use Forquer Heating and Air again in the future!
