I recently brought my vintage Omega watch in to be serviced because it wasn't running very well. I was immediately impressed by Mike's unparalleled breadth and depth of knowledge when it comes to watches. Even though a couple of unexpected concerns arose, Mike handled them all deftly, with the professionalism and skill that speaks volumes to his character and the quality of his work. Mike is amazing. After I had to file a police report to get my un-repared watches back and have a full on screaming match with the owners wife of Best Time Watch Repair in Fairlawn (this is actually a common issue with them!) I was referred to Fidelity from a friend. I couldn't be more impressed. Mike has now repaired/serviced 10 of my watches and I just left him with 3 more. He's very affordable (was exactly 1/5 the cost on the watch I had the issue with Best Time in Fairlawn) honest and has completed most repairs faster than quoted. Watchmakers are few and far between these days and Mike is a all star!
