I wont use anyone but Foraker Oil for my oil delivery and service. They have come out, on more than one occasion, for emergency oil delivery/service calls. We ran out of oil late Saturday night, I called and spoke to Todd. On Sunday morning, Valentine's Day, the fuel truck was in my driveway. Exceptional service and a phenomenal staff!! We can't thank you enough!!
I've always had an exceptional experience with Foraker Oil. The team really cares about their customers, always responds quickly, and has even come to my house on Thanksgiving to fill oil and service my broken boiler! I HIGHLY recommend using Foraker Oil!
I can say that one of the best decisions I made after purchasing my house a year ago was to use Foraker for my oil and heating needs. Every time I have called in requesting a delivery or service they have been nothing but simply enjoyable and pleasant to talk to. Oil is almost delivered quick and their service employees are both pleasant and professional when working at your home. Every person from the ones answering the phones to working on equipment and knowledgeable and refreshing to interact with.
When our generator failed unexpectedly, we needed someone to keep our rental fueled up and running 24/7. I called Todd Foraker and his response was “What time do you need me there and I will be there!” Todd and his team never missed a fill-up! I am very fortunate to have found such a customer focused company and recommend them to anyone who has an oil, diesel, heating or air conditioning need.
