We had a gas leak and needed an urgent gas line repair. Our job involved cutting an existing gas pipe, installing a union fitting/junction, and then re-attaching the pipes securely. The gas line serves my HVAC, water heater, and cook top so the work must ensure safe, reliable gas supply to those appliances. Our technician, Chris was professional, personable, and knowledgeable regarding the repair we needed. We are happy with Big Red Services and highly recommend our technician, Chris!

My techs Paul and Mark and the rest of the crew came out in the freezing cold ( felt like 2 plus to 10 below outside) to help me with a leaking water service pipe that was located under my driveway. The job involved an excavation! Paul was very professional from start to finish and explained in detail what they were doing. They discovered they needed a part to fix the pipe and the only supply store open was located In Middletown, DE which was 20 plus minutes away from my residence. This was a company I got through a Homeserve policy. This was the third plumbing company that was referred to me. They answered a call on New Year's day and were here the next day. Unlike the first two companies who could have cared less that I had no water for 5 days. Chris the plumber was efficient very pleasant and worked all day to get my water restored. I would recommend Big Red to anyone and will be using them for any other plumbing issues I have.

Travis and Wesley came to my property and installed my Heating and Cooling Units. These are the most professional and friendly guys I have ever met! I was at an appointment, and then I got home later, and to my surprise they were almost done! They cleaned up after themselves, and they were very respectful to my wife, which is always great to know! Big Red, your company gets 2 thumbs and 2 Toes up!! Awesome service and employees!!
