Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning

Two years ago a friend of mine referred me to Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning after our cooling system broke down. We quoted with another company and their price and quality was much better than the competitor. They treat you as a unique customer and not as just a number like other companies do offering a package pre-made. They checked everything in the house and then gave us a quote after understanding our needs. They quickly got us a new system and a year later provided a free check up to ensure everything was running well. This year, our family asked them to come back and add some registers and a return in our lower level. We are very pleased with how well they treat our family, the guys are very professional and kind. They are very knowledgeable. You definitely should give them a try for their knowledge, honest work and treating you as a unique customer. I had an outstanding experience with Enhanced heating and air conditioning. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and responsive. The technician (Andrew) showed up on schedule, was extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the process. They repaired my system efficiently, cleaned up after the work, and even gave helpful tips for maintaining my unit. My home is now comfortable again, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC service.

Waited a long time to post because I really used to like these guys. Until they replaced my system. The new unit wouldn't cycle off and the reply was to run it on emer heat til they could come back out. The outside froze over since the defrost wasn't working properly. When they did come back I was told I didn't know how to use a heat pump....ok... I asked for a different tech and he showed up laughing at me telling me thd previous guy called me crazy and dumb. He was told I set it to 50 at night and 80 morning. I showed him the program on the thermostat but he wouldn't look. He did some looking around and as he left made some very offensive political remarks, LOUDLY. They have rewired at least 3 times. It took months. It still doesn't work properly but I don’t want them back here. Even tho the last guy will "pray for me" and I was given a ,not requested, weed cookie... yeah, that happened...I was nice to all, I cooked them all lunch ,with biscotti. I was rewarded with a system that doesn't work, cost me money and insults I didn't ask for. Will never use them again. Will replace this fiasco as soon as I can
