Big Red Services company technician - Derek - arrived on time, examined the reason why our refrigerator - 7 year old Whirlpool had problems in ice making and flickering lights. He was efficient and diligent in repairing the ice maker. He made it work efficiently. He explained why the internal lights of the unit were annoyingly flickering and provided an estimate for replacing those new fangled LED lights. We decided we could live without them and requested him to disable the lights. He was very customer friendly and knew what he was doing. We recommend him and Big Red services for examining and repairing units that have a problem

Isaac came within 24 hours of my repair call. He arrived on time, in a clearly marked County Appliance vehicle, professionally dressed in CA apparel (making me feel at ease letting him the house), and explained what he was doing / his findings in ways I could understand the entire time. This was our third time using County Appliances services over the years and we will continue to call on them and recommend them to family and friends.
