The dehumidifier has been repositioned, and the outstanding items have been addressed. This update reflects the final outcome of the service. “Photos reflect the condition prior to the corrective service visit.” Original Experience: Following the installation of an Aprilaire whole-house dehumidifier on October 31, 2025, the post-payment experience required multiple follow-ups. The initial installation did not fully align with the signed invoice or manufacturer specifications, and several corrections were needed after installation. Key concerns included: Unit placement that limited access to the main water shut-off Delays and communication challenges before the issues were resolved I appreciate that the company ultimately addressed the concerns and completed the necessary corrections.
