Pleasant staff but seemed disorganized and did not seem knowledgeable about products they sell. We got 4 different prices for same installation. Finally decided to go with someone else.

Floor Magic in Damariscotta is wonderful! As seasonal homeowners in the area, we only have a small window each year in which we can get work done. They knew that up front, and were very happy to work with us whenever we were ready. We met with Tim at the showroom to look at options; he was very helpful, providing suggestions that fit within our budget. We were able to take some samples back to the cabin, and ultimately chose a luxury vinyl plank. Amy came to do the measurements, answered all of our questions, and provided great suggestions for some tricky areas/issues that we knew we’d face. The company subcontracts with local installers to do the work; that may be a small team, or just one competent contractor. This worked out great for us, because our installer was very flexible, and was able to work with us and our strange schedule. He went above and beyond, and we would be happy to work with him and with Floor Magic again for other projects. Highly recommend this friendly, small business for your flooring needs in the mid-coast region; we’re very happy with our new floors!

Going from buying relatively cheap flooring at Big Box stores to a whole "experience" shopping at Floor Magic is like night and day. You definitely get what you pay for and for me and my husband, in the past that has been inferior flooring and the hassle of finding someone to install it for us, which is anotber whole headache. Floor Magic takes the stress of the process away and let's you do the things that are easiest and funnest: picking out the flooring and then enjoying it when it's done. The also have some of the nicest installers I've ever met.
