Simply outstanding! We ordered a 75" x 39" x 8" (3/8" thickness) custom wind guard for our firepit, and we couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the product. Mike was very professional, timely, and thorough in the various phone calls and email exchanges, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Additionally, the glass panels and hardware brackets were impressively packaged for a damage-free cross-country trek. We highly recommend Flame Creation!

I placed an order online for components to install in a masonry fire pit. Before fulfilling the order, Mike reached out to me to explain a different and less expensive way to install a burner in my existing setup. All told, he saved me over 50% of what I was expecting to have to buy! I don't know many companies that would go out of their way to inform and assist an unknown customer on a web order and cut down on their own profits in the process. They could've easily just run my credit card and sent what I ordered and I would've been none the wiser. I can't speak more highly of their expertise and integrity. Highly recommend!
