My washer stopped working a few months ago. I had a technician come out and basically some of the wiring came loose. He taped it back on with some electrical tape, charged 200 dollars and told me that if it didn't hold, then the wiring would need to be replaced. He said that if it needed to be replaced, the 200 dollars I spent would go towards the replacement. It ended up failing 3 months later and I went with comfort appliances again since I had the 200 dollars I already spent that would go towards the replacement. A second technician came and said that the original 200 would not go toward the replacement because it fixed it for 3 months. So I had to pay an additional 400 dollars to have it fixed again. So I spent 600 dollars fixing the washer, which is how much I paid for it brand new. I wish I was given the option to have it replaced from the beginning rather than pay 200 dollars to have the wires taped with electrical tape and then pay an additional 400 dollars 3 months later.
