BEWARE: Took my sewing machine in because the On/Off rocker switch fell off in my hand and I had to leave it there. He could not fix it without ordering a part. I decided to just plug and unplug when I needed to since I don’t quilt as often as I used to. But when I got it home the bobbin winder didn’t work. Drove the hour to take it back again. He had it for a full week and I was notified that it would need a new bobbin winder and it would have to be ordered. I chose to just buy a separate bobbin winder and went yet again to pick it up. Neither time did he have a swatch of fabric on the machine where he did a test. After getting it home, found out that it only sewed Forward not in Reverse, and the panel where it shows you the stitch, sizes, etc was now blank. Then the needle jumped sideways and broke when it hit the pressure foot. The machine is not useable and by far in worse shape than when it went in. Wish I had never gone there. Now I have to buy a new sewing machine.
