I had an outstanding experience with Chimney Pro Cleaners. Nir arrived exactly on time and called ahead, which I really appreciated. The communication from the office leading up to the appointment was seamless and reliable. Once on-site, Nir was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain my current setup, problems found, the troubleshooting process, and the specific services he was performing. He even went above and beyond by took a quick look a separate unit as a courtesy, answering questions I had about it. For the fireplace I called them on, Nir identified several safety-related items that had been deferred by the previous homeowners, giving me clear options for future repairs and maintenance. Alex did an excellent job with my fireplace. He checked the chimney cap with a drone camera and let me know it was in good shape. Then he swept the flue pipe bottom to top. He laid out protective covering on the hearth, used a shop vac to clean up the creosote. Then he provided me advice on using chimney sweep logs from Home Depot and recommended I get a new firegrate to protect the back panel of my fireplace insert. I will definitely use Chimney Pro for my next chimney cleaning. Alex was a very professional, polite and knowledgable technician.
