I’ve never written a bad review before and will say that Fixit 24/7 came highly recommended, but this has been my experience: I was charged $1500 (at a”discounted” rate) for an air duct cleaning because the Fixit 24/7 service technician told me I had mold in my air ducts, and I’m allergic to mold.
When I questioned why the technicians who came to clean the air ducts were there for about 45 minutes (supposed to be a two hour job), I got a few reasons and later the manager called saying they’d reimburse me 50% (then 75%) since they only performed 50%. All she said after me having to ask questions was that they were not able to access all of the vents.
I hired another company who came out and performed the service. They told me that the air ducts had not been cleaned and that one of the vents hadn’t even been removed. It took at least 45 minutes to just remove all of the vents because of fire dampers blocking the way, but this other company did get it done. It just took longer. They explained everything in advance, unlike Fixit. They also charged a third of the price to do the same service that Fix-it charged me for, but did not perform. :(.
Everyone I have spoken to agrees that a full refund is in order, but no one is calling me back or responding to my online private message which I sent a week ago (now 2 weeks after the service) in hopes to not have to write a bad review. :( I cannot recommend a company who has not been honest and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. :(
We are customers for rover a year but this time the service was even better than usual. Michael did a great job performing maintenance for hvac system. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and also explained to me everything he was doing. He replaced the capacitor under the Fix-it 24/7 warranty and I felt confident paying for replacement of another one following his recommendation.

I had an excellent experience with my technician Michael O. from 24/7. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my AC system. He provided clear photos, walked me through the issues step by step, and made sure to consult with his supervisor and the finance department to give me accurate information. I really appreciated how transparent and patient he was. It made a stressful situation much easier to understand. Highly recommend their services.
