Very happy with my recent LimRic experience. Scheduling was a breeze. Mike was the tech who installed my gas water heater tank a few years ago. This time he flushed the tank. My tank is in the attic (3rd floor) without much working room but he did the job with ease and speed. He told me about LimRic's Comfort Club program and it was a no-brainer for me. Look it up. It's a great option for maintaining HVAC, plumbing and electrical in your home. Thanks to Mike and the team! March 5, 2026 UPDATE: I had three inspections scheduled for the comfort club program. Although two of them had to be rescheduled due to the company having a high volume of emergencies, The technicians that were assigned were prompt, courteous and professional. I asked Jay to replace a light switch which he had quoted. I knew it was a simple task that I could do myself but had him go ahead and take care of it for me even though I definitely paid too much. I had an excellent experience with my tankless water heater installation. The team was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. When I later ran into a small issue, they followed up quickly and resolved it at no cost, which really speaks to their integrity and customer service. Phenomenal company, and my technician, Conrad, was just as phenomenal: knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Highly recommend.

From the initial call to installation everything was seamless. They took all my information down and a short time later I was contacted via text with the technician's information, a short bio, and a photo so I knew who to look out for. Hagan showed up and immediately recognized that I would need a new tank due to the type of leak I had. He explained the process and what I could expect and left to go get a new tank. He returned a short time later and installed the tank with zero complications providing A+ quality work. I would 100 percent use Lim-Ric again and without a doubt recommend them and their technicians to everyone. Great job Hagan and Lim-ric!
