Angela answered the phone pleasantly and tried to explain But was unsuccessful at clarifying with ease why I would need a plumber instead of someone at your company. She asked me that I understand and I advised her that I wasn’t understanding. Then she hung up the phone Because you can hear her, put the phone down and put it on a hook. She didn’t bother call back, even if it was a call “ Mistake”.As a new homeowner, business owner and was possibly future customer She was very rude by doing that instead of trying to explain it a different way. Just from that alone, I’ll never bring my business or refer anybody here Especially on my social media channels. So I waited until I calm down and called her back and asked why the phone disconnected and I received no call back. She gave any kind of excuses. But I didn’t wanna hear it so I just disconnected. Then that was the only time I got a call back. Very disappointing very disappointing.
