Poor attitude and disregard for my concerns. I called and told them I have a steel watch band with screw in links. I said one of the screws is stripped, is that something you work on? They said they’d have to see it (which I understand). So I said well I see you have an email on your website , can I send in pictures for review as that should give you some idea of the extent. I said I’d hate to make the drive out there just to be told you don’t even do that work so i asked whats their email for if not for inquiries. They said (In a poor tone) again they’d have to see it cause it’s like if I called a mechanic and said my car is making noise. (poor example) To which I said well I’m not saying that there’s something wrong with my watch and i don’t know what issue it is so I need you to look at it and tell me…I’m telling exactly the issue…steel band, striped screw, this is a common watch setup so I assume as a watch repair you see on a lot of these watches and materials…do you work on these? He basically gave up and in a sarcastic attitude said fine then no we can’t fix it and literally hung up on me. Not worth being a customer if you can’t even handle a phone call.
