A+ Experience! Anytime you need to call a mobile mechanic you're not having the greatest of days. Terry made the process smooth with his professional yet kind approach. Price was fair. Car was fixed. Wins all the way around. Don't even make another call- This is your guy!
Terrible customer service scheduled an appointment for 3 on Saturday they called and said they couldn’t honor the service and rescheduled for Monday to have a battery tested and potentially replaced. Was advised of potential prices for batteries (ridiculously over priced) and was told they would called Sunday to confirm for Monday. I reached out same day Saturday to cancel Mondays scheduled time as we resolved our issue and didn’t get a response reached out again Sunday and still no response. Plenty of time was given where I should receive my $125 refund and have been refused. Will never recommend their services to others.

Fast T's saved me thousands of dollars and helped me avoid complete heartbreak. I was looking to buy a truck in the Des Moines area and needed a mobile mechanic to inspect the vehicle on my behalf. Terry was fast to respond and consistent, clear, and straight forward in his communications, which we did almost entirely by email. When his team got a chance to review the truck, they found several significant issues buried in the engine that likely would have been fatal to the engine in a few months. Terry took the time to call me and review all the results even offering to help me formulate a reasonable offer and help me with the work that was needed. Ultimately, I didn't buy the truck, but Terry is the single best person I worked with in a several month car search.
Fast T’s was the best call I made after I locked my key fob in the car at a gas station. The service and customer service were far above expectation. When I called, Terry communicated clearly about his location and his eta to my location for assistance. He also called when he and his colleague were on the way. Fast T’s was fast, friendly and affordable. After getting the car unlocked, Terry helped diagnosis a “check engine” light for reassurance. He even provided a couple great laughs. Thanks again to Terry for his support.
