Bit of obvious miscommunication, told over phone they have some handles in stock. Come to find out if you want anything you got to order it. Cool showroom, but 95% you gonna find what you need at homedepot. Also very brief word with receptionist, could of been the slightest bit helpful and she had to question what i was told over phone asking "who".

Went in to buy a kitchen faucet today. One sales person (female) was busy with a customer. The other one was sitting at his desk and never looked up or acknowledged me. The busy sales person asked me if I needed help and I said yes. She walked back to tell the other guy. He was on the phone and she said he will help me when he gets off. I wandered around and past him again; he was off the phone call. He never looked up or acknowledged me again. I walked out of the place. I will never go back there.
