Quick response, and flexible with my schedule. I didn't end up getting a call prior to my final bill being issued, which was a little concerning, but I'm lucky that it wasn't a large bill. Overall, I would use them again, and just stress that they need to call me before doing the repair.
Mr. Appliance sent Paul to fix our Whirlpool Dishwasher. Prompt, professional, informative and friendly. Paul quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and loaded our dishwasher? Loaded our dishwasher! I love it! He not only fixed the problem he gave us great tips on how to make our appliances last longer. I applaud Mr. Appliance for hiring professional and decent employees like Paul, and thanks to you, Paul, you’re the best!
We had issues with our Scotsman ice machines and they took care of everything efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable, explained the process clearly, and left everything clean and working perfectly. Our tech even went the extra mile and found a part that is no longer available from the manufacturer. Excellent service.

I appreciate it how easy this service was to deal with. I was notified who would be sent and their approximate time and, Kelby showed up... He was very knowledgeable and skillful at getting things apart so he could diagnose it... As he worked extensively he called his support group to See if the necessary parts were still available or not... unfortunately, they were not... With that, he helped me Move the built-in microwave out to the recycle garbage can... So the effort continues now to find a microwave that will fit back in the same spot...
