Quick response, and flexible with my schedule. I didn't end up getting a call prior to my final bill being issued, which was a little concerning, but I'm lucky that it wasn't a large bill. Overall, I would use them again, and just stress that they need to call me before doing the repair.

We had issues with our Scotsman ice machines and they took care of everything efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable, explained the process clearly, and left everything clean and working perfectly. Our tech even went the extra mile and found a part that is no longer available from the manufacturer. Excellent service.

Mr. Appliance sent Paul to fix our Whirlpool Dishwasher. Prompt, professional, informative and friendly. Paul quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and loaded our dishwasher? Loaded our dishwasher! I love it! He not only fixed the problem he gave us great tips on how to make our appliances last longer.
