We bought a fridge, great price and the delivery team was great! Jason was nice to work with, only issue is the misleading info about the 90-day payoff option. It IS NOT same as cash as we were told. We ended up having to pay $200 more than the price we agreed upon with Jason. I attempted to contact him to see what we could do about this issue however I never got a text or call back. We called Aciema as well and they said we had to reach out to the seller first to see what options were available. Aciema offered to pick up the fridge and cancel out “lease” however that wasn’t an option as we were planning on keeping our fridge. We just ate the $200 extra charge. I would have paid in full had we not been under contract. ***************************************************************** UPDATED: Jason contacted me and we got the issues with Aciema resolved. The owner Jason really does care about his clients and is willing to make it right! Thanks again!

I had such a great experience with The Appliance Outlet in West Jordan! Jason and his team were amazing from start to finish. The customer service team helped me find the perfect refrigerator for my needs — and while I was there, I ended up falling in love with a beautiful stove too! The delivery was flawless. The crew arrived on time, were professional and friendly, hooked everything up, and even removed my old fridge and stove. Both new appliances look and work perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the price and quality. My mom recently bought a dryer from them and had such a great experience that I decided to check them out — and now I’m a very satisfied customer myself!
