The craftsmanship and attention to detail leave nothing to be desired. Fays shop refurbished two separate pieces one rather small and the other a large coffee table. Both items were drink damaged and not properly or promptly attended to at all. (Not in my possession at the time.) Two other items he refinished were antique pieces. Those two items also restored to the luster and care that had been neglected for way too many years. We are extremely pleased, satisfied and grateful that he was able restore these 4 items and that there are still craftsmen that have a love for the wood and work. Thank you!! Bill painted all of my kitchen cabinets back in 2016 and did a terrific job. We went from a medium cherry wood color to white. He perfectly matched the color to the new cabinets we purchased to augment the kitchen storage space. The paint surface has held up very well over the past 7 years and just now is in need of some minor touch ups. We are completely satisfied with the professional job that he did and would highly recommend him and his company.

I have had a number of sentimental family pieces - a dining room set, bookshelves, chest of drawers, etc. - refinished beautifully and meticulously. But Bill went above and beyond to refinish my front door. He found a stain glass artisan to replicate original stain glass, brought the original brass knocker back to its original beauty, and repaired the original door (a unique size from 1920s) back to its original glory. I cannot overemphasize how lucky I feel to have found him four years ago!
