Extremely Extremely poor service and bad experience. Called them for a simple maintenance of a high end Miele product. The dryer was working before the diagnostic. The technician recommended changes in future. But the dryer stopped working immediately after the visit. When i called the business about fixing the machine, not only they were unhelpful but they said dryer had stopped working before and said you are lying. So now i am left with wet clothes all over my house - THANKS to IVan appliances. The owner was rude and not even acknowledging the problem. I am attaching the photos for reference so it doesn't look like business tried anything. this is aftermath of service that i received from Ivan. I am going to log a formal consumer and policy complaint since they broke a working 2500 product. Traumatized to see such bad service and quality.

Disappointing. Partially my fault because I gave them a second chance. They serviced my dishwasher twice. Both times, I was told that I would get an estimate before any work was done and the $89 service fee would be credited to the bill if I moved forward. First time the tech was at my house for several hours, and when he was complete, he told me I owed $300. I was never asked ahead of time if I wanted anything done nor told what it would cost. I was frustrated but given the time and parts, I felt the price was far. A few months later, I had a different issue with the dishwasher. The tech is at my house for approximately an hour and when he is done says I owe $160. I asked what he did and he had tightened some hoses and tilted the DW back a bit to prevent leaking. Another bill with no prior discussion and $160 for less than an hour of labor (and no parts) seemed steep. I asked a few questions about why it was $160 but the explanations were less than helpful. I decided to just pay, inform the scheduler that the process she outlined had not taken place both times they came out, write a review, never use them again, and put it all behind me. In the end, it will catch up with them and I have more important things to put my energy into. Day two update: The issue I paid $160 to fix (dishwasher filling with water while off) is not fixed. Update 3: I called the day after the appointment to get a solution to my continued issue. I told them I didn't want the same person who misled me and didn't fix the issue to come back, but I was told that is not an option. You are not hiring this vendor you are hiring an individual, if that person doesn't do their job, Ivan's will not give you any solution but sending the same person back.
