I called them early in the morning that gave me a fast quote. I came in and got same day service. They didn't have my color but that was okay!

After a day of use, I feel compelled to mention so that that you can be prepared for the results. This place had great reviews tho I realized later that’s cause of a small discount you get at checkout for leaving a review. That said, I can say that they don’t require you to leave a 5* review but I’m sure that’s the default before actually getting to test the final product. While it was fast and seemingly effective repairs, the materials and parts being used are not the same as what you originally paid for when you bought your device. I went in for a screen replacement after mine cracked, and a camera replacement because mine had malfunctioned. I walked out with a functioning screen and camera: but these were different parts and it took me all of 10 minutes to realize that after I walked out of the store. The screen was slightly thicker, and it didn’t have the same view radius so to speak. I could also see the cut outs on the dynamic island as if the screen wasn’t going to true black, like an OLED would leading me to believe this was not an OLED screen and instead LED, which would explain the extra thickness. And even if it was OLED, it was not the same OLED panel. In addition to the previous differences, there was also a large larger bevel at the bottom of the phone, as if the screen wasn’t quite reaching as far as it did before. I know this to be a fact because I carry two phones on me an iPhone 12 and a 14 and the 12 had a larger screen. The always on display, however still seems to be working. And as for the camera, try as I might it will not take 48 megapixel images. In fact, the camera quality looks absolutely garbage, and I know that to be almost impossible with a genuine iPhone camera. And this is while using any Lens. As was the case before, the features still seem to work; like portrait mode, and cinematic video, but these are software features that are still limited by the quality of the hardware. All in all I paid just shy of $300 for my repairs which I know to be well under the market rate for those part replacements so in the end I got what I paid for, which was a functioning screen and camera that will serve me until I update my phone.
Tears of joy doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt after coming here. After my iPhone 15 Pro Max was literally run over by a car, I was completely unable to unlock it. The screen was indented, the back glass was damaged, and after multiple visits to the Apple Store (twice) and several repair shops, I was told there was no way to fix it. To make matters worse, none of my data had backed up to iCloud or Google Photos, which was absolutely devastating. By pure chance, a customer at the Oak Brook Apple Store pulled me aside and told me I had to come here—and I am so grateful they did. In under an hour, my entire phone was restored. Front screen, back screen, battery—all replaced—and most importantly, my phone was unlocked so I could preserve and back up my data. Priceless photos, memories, and everything I thought was gone forever were saved. The care, skill, and patience shown here are beyond anything I’ve experienced. The price was more than fair—about $300 less than what Apple quoted me before telling me the repair was too difficult to even attempt. My entire phone and all my data were saved, and I truly cannot put into words what that means to me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I will be recommending this place to every friend, family member, and loved one I know. I will trust no one else with my phone ever again. This technician deserves all the good things in the world, and I truly do not have the words to express my gratitude towards him.
