I saw the add for Autoglassonly on youtube and Facebook checked them out and were cheaper than other Companies now I know why. I did the online request for Service. Guy comes out and oh they sent the wrong Windshield you have a power mirror which baffles me I put the VIN number in. That was Thursday the next Tuesday a rep called and said they couldn't come out till Wed well yet another call didn't have an Agent to come out. You guessed it yet another call reschedule. Funny is the call back number they leave never answers. Still have a cracked windshield just have to save enough money to go with another Company who actually wants the Business. Very Disappointed and will post anywhere I can how they treat New Business guess they have enough. Ok I called the 800 number they pulled up the order right away with my phone number it turned into he said she said and tried to put it all on me,

I received an online quote with a request to call the scheduling desk to confirm the time of the appointment. During that call the quote jumped from under $250 to over $380. When I questioned the difference in glass, I was told that the original glass had a sound shield in it. I requested that the standard glass be installed, but was refused. I cancelled the appointment immediately and was very angry with my treatment. I am updating this review since the company made things right. I received a call back asking why I had cancelled my appointment. I explained the situation and the customer representative was able to install standard windshield glass in my car and actually lowered the overall price from $250 to $225. The technician was very professional and completed the replacement right in my driveway in about an hour. If only this service was provided from the beginning, then I would have given a 5 star rating.
