Half my sectional gave out, it was pretty clear the support and springs gave out. I really didn't want to throw the whole thing out, it's still a good couch! Nothing fancy, not an antique or anything, just a decent sectional that I hadn't maybe treated as kindly as it deserved. Marcus got back to me really quickly when I put in a request with Angi's list, and had an estimate to me within a couple hours. Within a week three broken half was picked up, and within two days it was back in my living room. For less than even a cheap couch off temu I got my couch back and as good as the day I bought it. I can't recommend Marcus and his team enough!

I’ve been working with Easy Does it Furniture to have a chair repaired. While the repair itself appears to be acceptable, the communication and accountability throughout the process were lacking, despite multiple attempts on my part to coordinate pickup and delivery. On the first occasion, I dropped off the chair by appointment, but no one was there to receive it. I have confirmation of the appointment and waited outside in the snow for approximately 10 minutes. On the second attempt, I asked for the pickup hours and was told to refer back to the introductory message, which listed business hours. When I arrived during those hours, again, no one was present. I was then told that pickups are by appointment only. Clearer communication around specific appointment times would have avoided this confusion. Because of these issues, delivery was offered instead. However, on the scheduled delivery day, there was no call and no delivery. Ultimately, Mark offered to pick up the chair himself and bring it to his home for me to retrieve, which he described as doing me a favor. While I appreciate the effort, this solution only came after the originally promised delivery did not occur. I did eventually receive the chair, but overall, I was not pleased with the experience.

I'm incredibly pleased with every part of working with Marcus and his team. Great communication, competitive pricing, and, most importantly to me, phenomenal results. I had a hardwood table that both needed to be refinished and that was severely damaged in a long-distance move (two legs were snapped off!). Thanks to the skilled work from Easy Does It, you cannot tell that it was ever damaged in the first place! He is without a doubt my first choice for any furniture repair and restoration work that I might need moving forward.
