Reza called me as soon as I submitted a work order for a slow drain in Thumbtack. He patiently listened as I explained the issue. He explained the possible issues and narrowed down to drain clog as the most likely issue. He was responsive over text and punctual. He again explained what he will do and the possible risks involved. Reza set up the work area and got to work quickly. It took 30 mins to get drainage working again. While there he also inspected prior work and gave me notes on what I might need in the future. I really appreciate his approachable and friendly nature. Highly recommend and will hire again.

Reza was very prompt with responding even on a weekend. He came out in less than 24 hours, diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly with fair and clear up-front pricing. He explained everything along the way and will definitely be our go-to for any plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend.

An excellent and professional service offered by an experienced and reliable plumber. This was by far one of the most efficient and pleasant solutions I've had as he tackled a very frustrating issue; our washing machine had a backup overflow during drain cycles. Within the hour Reza had our diagnosis and further went on to show me the problem along with some preventative measures to minimize a repeat issue. Afterward, I was happy to see confirmation that the drain was fully functional and now I know who I'll be calling for future plumbing advice or issues. Thank you, Reza!

We absolutely loved working with Reza from Fast Rooter. We had a leaking toilet and wanted to replace it with a newer chair height toilet. Reza came out gave us a very reasonable quote for what we wanted done. He also throughly explained everything that would or could happen during his replacement visit. When he removed our old toilet he found the flange was not even with the flooring. So he had to build the toilet flange up so it was even with our wood flooring, Then he sealed it. He suggested a Toto Toilet which uses less water, is modern looking and has a much stronger flush than the Gerber toilet we had. The design is wonderful it has a powerful cyclone flush that helps keep the toilet clean. I am so pleased that we took his advice. It’s an outstanding quality choice in toilets. Reza was so easy to work with and made an observation on a potential safety issue we have with our gas hot water heater in the garage. We will be calling him back soon to get it fixed. I highly recommend Reza from Fast Rooter to help with any of your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. 😊
