I am glad to write a review for Sundance and should've done this years ago. My first hvac problem was with a gas fireplace. Three other repair companies, yes THREE, had worked on it. We paid a few hundred dollars to each company, and each worked on it and said it was fixed. After a a few hours or days, each time it stopped working again. Each time I called the company back. Bryan is wonderful! He has helped me so much with my fireplace multiple times. He is so knowledgable and skilled and a big help with all my Sundance systems. Initially, he came to service my old stove and discovered it needed replacement. While he was here he helped me to choose the right replacement which has been a wonderful part of my home. So glad I chose Sundance for my heating system replacement and grateful that I can call on Bryan for service!

While the company initially appeared professional and conveniently local, and their staff were friendly and polite in communication, our experience with the technical service was disappointing. The main fireplace work was completed in the summer, but by fall, the gas fireplace stopped functioning properly. A technician was dispatched under warranty — which I appreciate, as they provide a one-year warranty — yet after two visits, the issue only worsened. Bryan serviced our gas fireplace and furnace. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and welcomed any questions or concerns I had. Not only are both appliances nice and clean, I now have peace of mind that everything is working as it should for the winter months. I would not hesitate in referring Sundance and will be using them again in the future.

Bryan got my fireplace insert up and running after years of dormancy. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about the product even though it was 13 years old. He graciously provided instruction about use and maintenance. Great service at a fair price. Phone contact with the office was also great. Thank you, Bryan and Sundance.
