Mad Pipers are awesome. Curtis has been out several times to fix various things on our house from leaky faucets to cracked pipes, water heaters, etc. They always come quickly, do a great job, are super transparent about price and what they're doing and why and are just really really nice, fun guys you kinda just want to have a beer with afterwards. Would always recommend and will always use again.

The whole process of needing a plumber for a water leak was easy and seamless! The team is polite. The updates on timing is helpful. They explained everything in a way a regular homeowner can understand. It was the name that first caught my attention. Then all the positive comments. So glad I called Mad Pipers!
I had the pleasure of working with Zach to change my old tub with failing tiles to a stall shower From the start I could tell he was an expert in his field. There were a few bumps in the road, mostly from my side of things (insurance, dry rot, the holidays) He was out to my house several times as we navigated the situation. The construction side came out as well. But fortunately, the dry rot was not nearly as bad as it looked to be, so I didn’t need to utilize them. I saw another review that stated they couldn’t use the fixture they wanted. Zach was VERY specific on which valve he preferred and why. You have to get specific trim kits to fit specific valves. Take notes and ask questions. I would definitely use Zach and Mad Piper plumbing in the future. I did comment to Zach on communication. That being said, call and your responses will be much quicker than the text option or email.
Had the pleasure of having Curtis to provided great service from the initial quote to final install of our water heater. Can’t beat their price and quality of service. Was on time and quick and efficient with the install.
