Kaizen Plumbing Review After receiving notification of a water leak on our property, my husband set out to get three estimates. Kaisen Plumbing was the first to respond and provided the lowest estimate. They began work four days later and completed everything by that evening. We were impressed with the saw cut on our driveway done by Mohammad Ranjbaran which was quite clean and precise. They installed new Pex pipe and also managed to expose our water shutoff valve for our irrigation which Kajik Zaghian had notified us, had been buried under the concrete. The best and professional company that we’ve ever worked with. Our water heater started leaking at night and Kajik the owner of the company came out 10pm to fix it to prevent further damage to house without charging any additional emergency charge . Will recommend this company for anyone looking any kind of plumbing issues and repairs.

Plumber came to do an estimate of the work required to fix my under the sink water filter system. They didn't find any clear issue and recommended replacing the whole unit. However, as they investigated the problem, they removed the hose that goes into the system and reinserted it, and the unit is now leaking from that place - when it was not leaking before their visit. So unfortunately they actually damaged it in the process.

After an early morning call to schedule a service call later that day, I was promised a service visit starting between noon and 2pm, with a technician to call when on the way. I know how things can go, but by 3:20, not a peep. Nothing. No update or status. Diddly. I called them. They contacted their guy, and called back to let me know they'd have to reschedule for 3 days later. I get it. Things happen, but keep your customer informed.
