Family Wrench Auto Repair

First time using Family Wrench. They were quick to answer my call early in the morning and help me get my car towed from the dealership to their shop due to my warranty not being able to cover the issue with my 2019 Acadia. They helped fixed my lateral link/bolt that gave out, ( I’m a woman so I could be saying this all wrong) and then sent my car to get an alignment. They kept me informed on what they were doing and what my options were. Went to pick up my car this morning and everyone was so welcoming. I definitely will be using them again in the future. I walked out paying less than what I would have at the dealership for what seemed to be an easy fix. Happy holidays to you Family Wrench and thank you once again for taking the time and helping me.

This is now my go to shop. I took my older model car to multiple shops including the dealership and spent an insane amount of money trying to get this one problem fixed. I was literally at my wits end. Everytime i picked my car up the problem was still there. I researched various shops and decided to give this place a try. John who i believe is the owner explained everything to me and I felt confident in him. When i picked the car up i took it for a spin. It was finally fixed! I literally cried I was so relieved. I will go here from here on out for all of my vehicles. Thank you Family Wrench!
