Oleksii arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem. Apparently a fairly common issue. He had all the parts needed with him. We agreed with his diagnosis and the estimate. Oleksii took out a lot of screws. He was carful with the panels and parts he removed. Answered my questions. Put it back together and it worked like new!! No repair service is better then that!!

I had a water leak issue with my refrigerator. Sergii from Excellence Appliance repair came out to make a diagnosis. Prior to his arrival, the appointment setup was extremely easy and I was contacted immediately to confirm the best time. Once Sergii arrived, he was quick to determine the issue, walked me through the problem, fixed the problem and consulted with me on how to avoid this same problem in the future. His service far exceeded my expectation. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Excellence. Started having issues with our dryer over the weekend, submitted an inquiry on Sunday morning and received an immediate response to learn about the issue and work on scheduling. First available was Monday afternoon and the tech texted in advance to let me know he could be there earlier than the original window. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the issue, showed me the problem, and gave a quote for parts / labor. Finished the work within the work window and totally cleaned the work area. I’m extremely happy with the whole process. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to compliment the whole team. It was a great experience start to finish.

Ihor/Igor was outstanding! I understood he was coming to address our dishwasher that had gone lights out during the ice storm. The wife had additional plans for him that included the oven and beverage center. He worked all 2 at once and resolved and fixed all the issues. Couldn't be happier with the service!
